Nah fam I'm sorry but you can't have one rule to suit circumstances. You can't prove that Manny Pacquiao didn't have plaster of Paris in his gloves in the fight against ODLH, but you can't prove it either because it's a past event if we follow your line of thought (he didn't before Pac-fans start havin babies) but the fact is you can't prove that you didn't do something in an event that took place months ago. You have to rely on the commission that took care of that fight, which was the Nevada Commission who might be a bit more dilligent than the Califiornia commission. The fact is this guy is the guy we have to rely on for that information being true. People should also really try & remember that the fights took place in different states, so there would be marginally different routines in place.
