what do you weigh? you need to eat 20 calories per pound of weight just to maintain..200 lb man 4000 calories a day...you would need to eat over 4000 calories a day to gain weight....looking to build muscle? you need 1 gram of protien per lb to maintain....200lb man needs 200 grams of protien...to gain properly you need to up the protien to 1 1/2 or 2 grams per lb in weight...eat pasta after you workout....weight lifting doesnt stunt your growth...doing steroids before your 25 will stunt your growth....I don't know about the other supplements....eat flank steak, salmon, ostrich, bison...these pack more protien per serving....look into protien shakes as well...if you notice you're gaining too much fat the you need to switch some things around .....but everyone gains differently....good luck...
