I'm on the fence over them. It takes energy to control your temperature... the body uses calories sweating amongst other things to keep cool.
DI don't know how effective/true this is but in my opinion surely it would be better to be better hydrated and spend that energy on being able to perform better?
Why spend energy on sweating when you could be throwing an extra 20 punches a round?
I'd need to see some numbers etc before forming a solid opinion.
