Berto was on ESPN what once? I don't think he was on showtime, at least not in a big fight. I guess we will see who should have been kept away from who after the fight.

Yeah, yeah, yeah... Berto's the next hottest thing in boxing. Especially to a stateside boxing public hungry for the next PBF (alledgedly still retired), DLH (hopefully retired), or Pavlik (back to the drawing board). And while Berto's not bad... he's not in Cotto's class. No way, no how.
This would be a great fight, I'd lean towards Cotto, unless the controversy with Tony shows he was innocent, then I would favor Berto more because I think he has more power than Cotto and could knock him out. Of course if Tony did cheat than I give it to Cotto for he would haven shown an amazing chin going against bricks in the gloves.
The key is Self-discipline.
If anything for Cotto,I see a Mosley rematch.Berto is steady coming but just has not knocked down the door in impressive fashion. To me,I saw far too many questions left unanswered in Collazo fight than questions answered.Somewhat of a Risk/reward rational for Cotto...he is rebuilding and going onto mega fights saving for disaster in the Jennings fight.Berto needs to find his style definatively and stick with it.
Cotto TKO
Berto is a good fighter but Cotto is just something else.
