Can you give the reasons why PACQUIAO is the betting favorite? Here's mine...

    - PAC has a better resume

    - PAC is the no. 1 P4P boxer

    - PAC is the no. 1 boxer at 140 lbs. division (according to BoxRec )

    Any more?
Because he beats the crap out of mexican fighters, who are on average way tougher than white guys (and I say this being a white guy).

Forgive my ignorance but can somebody explain to me how this -275 and -200 style odds work?

Is that US style odds system? I'm just used to 2/1 and 7/2 etc...

Anyway I expect the odds to be pretty much even come fight night in Vegas. A shed load of Brits over there for the fight will be laying a lot on Hatton, many other Pinoys doing the same for Pac.

Oh and Lefty, £500 on Hatton points? So you expect him to outbox Pac? I'd bet on a Hatton win but to specify it via points is very brave imo! Respect tho

    its called the "moneyline"

if the number follows a "-" then you have to bet that much to win $100.
if the number follows a "+" then you win that much for every $100 bet.

for example: pac -275; hatton +200

you have to bet $275 on manny to win $100, and if you bet $100 on hatton you win $200. that is if they win the fight of course.

also, imo hatton in most probability only wins by ko/tko whereas pac can win by either either decision or stoppage. i reallty don't think the hitman can outbox the pacman over 12 rounds.
