I hear you miles, but the point of my post was to show that obviously HTH knows little about Toney to say he is a straight forward fighter
To be honest i think he's knowledge is very little on alot of boxers, his post about Pernell Whitaker in the other thread was absurd. Now this one ain't much better, he needs to watch his fights against.

James Toney is a throwback fighter he can box beautifully rolling with the punches, he can find angles brilliantly his countering skills are top notch. James Toney is like a boxer from the 1950's he really is the complete package, he just often didn't train enough which let him down.
