Good thing for Calzaghe, Taylor will end all of this Fraud talk soon enough
Sorry VD, if you're basing your hopes on Jermain Taylor to beat Froch I think you're sadly mistaken. I think there's a few guys in and around the division that could beat him, but Taylor isn't one of them. Froch carries his hands low, but packs a punch. I think that he'd be able to do a similar job on Taylor that Pavlik did. Kessler and Pavlik himself would be a better bet to finish off Froch than Taylor IMO.
Fraud was able to get away with his hands low against his previous opponents cuz they were all C/D class. He does that with Taylor he gets knocked out. Taylor is the more skilled fighter. I can see him winning this fight with his jab alone if he wanted. Fraud has power (I guess) but it's not one punch power. His last opponent had a questionable chin. Yet Fraud couldn't stop him. And he landded more than enogh times.

Cmon VD, at least you could have the inventiveness to come up with a proper nickname. Fraud's already been used up on Audley Harrison.

How about Froch'in Dreadful, or because of his injury problem last year, Froch the Crock? And if Taylor is so much the better fighter, why isn't he just getting the fight signed and proving it?

Fraud fits Froch like a condom. Harrison will always be known as Audley Harrison. That's punishment enough. And it looks like Taylor will fight Fraud despite it being a step backwards for him.

Yup, after the dizzy heights of retreading the steps of Joe Calzaghe against Lacy, a fight for the WBC strap sure is a step back. Who else is there?

Taylor's not got the size to go light heavy, and I think he'd fancy Kessler even less than Froch. It's going to take a while before the SMW's get past the shadow of Joe.

Fraud won a vacant title by beating a fringe contender. He never beat an actual champion for it. Not exactly a step forward. Good to see you impress easily.

Who said anything about Taylor fighting at Light Heavyweight? As for Kessler? Come on now. He's seems contempt with fighting the same bums he's been facing.

If he sticks to his word, good luck to him.

He wont though. Calzaghe is way too predictable. He'll be back if a big money fight is on the table.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough

Saw this on the news at ten on BBC last night. Nice little five minute slot for himself.

I believe this. And I actually felt a sense of loss as a boxing fan.
