Who represents boxing the best in the UK?
Who represents boxing the best in the UK?
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
Ricky "The Hitman" Hatton
Ricky is your pal. That's why I like him, he has a great personality and hasn't let all the fame get to his head.
But yet he's still out there trying to please his fans and fight the best.
Danny Green is an Aussie
Michael Jennings comes across as proper nice guy.
Come on Jennings!!!
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Hatton all the way - one of the most popular british fighters of all time.
Thinking about that - who is the most popular Brit fighter of all time you reckon ?
Has to be Frank
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate
Definitively Ricky Hatton is on the top.
Ricky "Hug & Punch" Hatton.... Soon the man in ASIA will own the man in UK...![]()
Only One Ricky Hatton !!! ;d;d
Do you really have to hug pacs nutts in every thread you visit? This is a thread about the UK in general, not the upcoming match.
To answer the question I think the Hitman definitely represents the UK most overall. He's a laid back, funny guy with high ambitions and plenty of respect for whoever he has to beat the shit out of to reach them.![]()
Yeah that is getting pretty tiresome.
Hatton was my vote. He is as British as you can get. I know he gets slated for it but if I was a pro boxer I could never just give up on the British way of life. I'd still eat my fry-ups and go down the pub with the lads in between fights. You need to enjoy the good things in life, you only live once.
One of my sayings is "Work to live, don't live to work"
That's cool mate, I'm a huge Tszyu fan but you won't get me talking about him in a thread that has nothing to do with him.
I'm sure your just a proud fan but the way you post about Manny gets a little bit too much at times. The majority of boxing fans on here know all about Manny and like me they will acknowledge what he has done.
Its Hatton no question.
