That is not what is going on oh insufferable one....Haye is in a position to take a title fight vs the best fighter in the division and he's going to bluff his way out of the fight and then blame Wlad for not accepting his ludicris demands
Haye is offering to fight in germany and not take a penny from the promotion other than British TV rights which would be negligible for a vlad vs. Arreola/similar fight. So he's offering to fight in Vlad's country for effectively nothing, agreed to two options after the fight, etc. The bottler Klitschko is instead negotiating with a fat domestic-level American to give him 20-25% of the same promotion. Fighting Haye would earn him 100% of the promotion, fighting an alternative around 80%. Why is he doing that?
