Why? As the referee in the fight, did Joe Cortez consider not declaring it over after Pacquiao's 3 KO's of JMM in the first fight, as giving JMM favors?

Serious flaw in this line of thinking from Joe tho', and the implications are slightly self-incriminating at the very least.

Makes it all the way back to the initial argument that Joe Cortez is an incompetent referee!
