No.

But am headed that way. Was trained ortho since I started, and now fight out of both...prob like 70% ortho, 30% southie. And now trying out mainly southpaw in sparring.

This was a goofy vid post cuz I just made it and saw this post. Going hard like that on the bag doesn't serve much of a purpose. A good speed to work on form I think would be somewhere between OPs tempo and what I did.
