Pacquiao DOMINATED his last 2 opponents with KO.

Marquez KOed his last 2 opponents too, but he did NOT dominate them.

    Pacquiao beat Marquez already.

Great win for JMM last night. Another Pacquiao motivation against Hatton.

    Oh, what a silly comment.

    Hearns blasted Duran
Hagler went the distance with Duran

Because of that, Hagler sparked Hearns out.
Did it matter that Hearns sparked Duran out when it came time to fight Hagler?
    I'm all ears...

Yes, Teja greay analogy. You dominate an opponent and it means your better then someone else. Take off your Pac goggles you'll see things clearer.

It's about styles have you not learned anything.
Williams beats Margarito, Margarito beats Cotto, Cotto beats SSM, SSM beats Margarito.
You also have CQ beats Williams & Cotto beats CQ in there.

    You're right, style makes fight.

16 out of 20 writers had JMM wining the 1st fight.
23 out of 25 writers had JMM wining the 2nd fight.
    These include Filipino writers.

I'm not even including fighters who also felt JMM beat Pac.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...

...Pacquiao and Marquez are MADE for each other. Even when they're not fighting, they're still in competition. A third fight NEEDS to happen.

But on the thread topic, there's never been a co-P4P #1 and in this place and time, I wouldn't disagree that either man could be #1.

    Ummm...Yea...they need to fight again!

Pacs departure from Light is clearly a financial move,he needs to get back and take care of an open ended chapter in a talent filled division.Marquez is shining with outstanding KO's over 'the man who beat the man' in Casa and a young, viable & dangerous Diaz. And no...thats not David Diaz.On skill depth, versatility, level of opposition and performance in with such,Defiantly Id say, right now Marquez numero uno p4p #1.

Even if PAC completely destroys Hatton on May 2nd people will question PAC's reign as P4P number 1. So I really pray hard that PAC-JMM3 happens

No sir a win vs. Hatton IMO grants Pac the #1 spot.
He'd be beating THEE champ at 140 thus making him THEE man at 140.
Simple as that, anyone who think otherwise is clearly being biased towards JMM.
