PBF-JMM at 140 won't happen... As I mentioned earlier in this thread, PBF didn't even give that luxury to Hatton which has more negotiating power compared to JMM...

yea he didn't go down to 140 against Hatton cause he knew it wouldn't be benefit him, Hatton would be a lot stronger at 140 than he was at 147, Marquez on the other hand wouldn't benefit from being at 140, so just for the big $$$ on PPV i believe Floyd would take the fight

And why would PBF go down to 140 for JMM when PAC, Hatton, Mosley, Cotto are willing to fight him at 147 in a much bigger PPV fight??

Don't get me wrong, I'll be happy for JMM if he gets what he wants, a PBF fight... JMM deserves a pay day... I think the largest purse of JMM is about $1.5M in the PAC rematch fight... PBF, PAC, Hatton are all receiving purses in the range of $10M to $15M per fight...

JMM should at least achieve a $2M purse before he retires... He's already 36 years old and not much years left in boxing...

I just don't think PBF will unretire to satisfy JMM's wants...

I doubt it will ever happen. Mayweather, if he will come out, will come out for something huge. A fight verses JMM wouldn't even be competitive. I looked at his fight with Diaz and thought wow, he looks good but Floyd would have him in a sparring session. Floyd will come out for something that will make big money, like record amounts.

hell since both Pacquaio and Chavez Jr are promoted by Top Rank than that must be his next logical opponent after Hatton, to keep the Mexicutioner moniker going , hell than after that fight Pacquiao will be ranked #1 at 154
