How are we going to organise the initial rankings for each division? Do we simply follow the Ring's top 10 for each or do we create our own & how?

I think we should assign mangers for each weightclass, people could manage more than one, but we can share responsibility for it.

As per killers previous post, those managing each division would create the ratings for that weight. Then the commitee (whoever is in it) can review it

I've always thought that the Gay Pride Commonwealth belt's multicoloured offerings to be a bit horrible. Nothing like that please.

Ok this is why I had originally said we need 10 votes, I've calculated totals from Heavyweight down to Featherweight so far and there are tons of ties.
If these ties are not broken by the end of Thursday, we will have to have subsequent votes or have the managers of each division have the final say. How should we proceed?

i personally think each manager should od just their own rankings and the others can object to certain spots for certain fighters because its a bit too much of a long thing to be rating every division each week

I don't mind this idea. If there is controversy about a managers rankings, maybe then everyone votes on it?

I think also the points awarding system could be restructed a little to define rankings e.g.

23 points for #1
19 points for #2
16 points for #3
14 points for #4
11 points for #5
9 points for #6
7 points for #7
5 points for #8
3 points for #9
1 point for #10
