Wow this guy is hilarious. Rivas is fine. As a matter of fact she's tentatively scheduled to fight in two weeks. Here is the audio link for anyone who wants to hear the live commentary and interview after the fight was over.

Thanks TM/Tilt A Whirl for giving us so much publicity with these newly created forum topics. Maybe we need to hire you as our marketing strategist.
I thought Lorissa's people asked for an immediate rematch?

Not imediate,Leslie is fighting in the Bahamas and Lorissa is probably fighting in Trinidad again, then they get to play with each other again.
Oh and stallion,I suspected you were part of Rivas's team, thanks for confirming it.
Please continue to make tactical errors in public, they are incredibly helpful

No, it's no error; I am part of her team. No secret there. What you need to do is stop lying on these boards. We never asked for a rematch with Leslie. What would be the point? If it was close maybe so. But that fight wasn't even competitive. It's such a shame they you keep pushing your wife in such a matter. Leslie was very kind, respectful, and has a pleasant personality. Lorissa found her to be quite nice. Yet, you on the other hand seem to be living a boxing dream of yours through her. It's quite sad to see you push your fighters to limits that you yourself have never achieved. I wish Leslie the best in her future endeavors.

TM I know I'm not in the buis but I just can't get my head around this rematch concept.

OK assuming the stoppage was BS, it was really a close fight, the media reports are BS, the corner was in on it, it was some giant Trinidadian miscarriage of justice so to speak, then why would Rivas' team even want a rematch?

I mean I could understand if they had a prospect and she was on live TV, on Friday Night Fights for example, and she went life and death with an 0-3 fighter and had to rely on a questionable stoppage to win then maybe, maybe, they might want a rematch if they thought their fighter just had a bad night and they believed she could redeem herself.

But there are only like 17 people in the non-Trinidadian world who even knew this fight took place and like 15 of those people post here. So it doesn't seem worth the time, effort, and risk does it?

And assuming Rivas really did dominate, then the rematch makes no sense at all right?

Are Rivas' people really that honorable/grossly incompetent?

So you think Rivas will honour this promise for a rematch then Monkey? Is it like when Apollo got the win over Rocky Balboa but the people clamoured that the wong man got the decision?

A bit different here of course, becuase Rivas opponent's corner threw in the towel to save their fighter from more pain and the media announced that she clearly had the most dominant and emphatic win of the night, but apparently there's an inkling of doubt in Larissa's team and they think the sentiment is she got lucky on the night.....

I mean I've never heard of a prospect rematching an 0-4 fighter they just KO'd in order to prove something but then I don't know woman's boxing like you. Of course if she's fighting in the Bahama's first she will be 0-5 before the rematch comes around, as we all know you can't win a fair decision in the Bahamas if your not a Bahaman.

Why not go back to toughman/women comps TM, at least then she has a great chance of winning and will probably make just as much money.

Why wont they, they said they want it, we want it.
Lets make sure its for absolute real this time, because not much of anyone believes it was for real this time.
It was class on her peoples part to ask for a rematch to settle it once and for all,and I give nothing but credit to them for that.
Oh,and what Mr Mayweather camp neglected to mention about there being alot of blood,it was an open air stadium, and it was raining, even a little would look like alot. I checked her trunks, there was only a couple of smallish stains on them. Most of what was seen was from the rain spreading it around.
Sorry again for injecting reality in to fantasy.
So we'll see them in Trinidad again, this time with our own corner.
Go back to your normally scheduled bullshiting

I don't know what happened to my earlier post but let me state this again. We never asked for a rematch. There's no point to it. I have no idea why her crazed trainer is spreading lies. We have no problem fighting Leslie again; but why fight someone that you already beat?... Easily too.
Tilt makes me nervous with the way he keeps throwing her into these fights. Leslie is a very nice person but I'm really starting to believe that her husband is trying to live his boxing dream through her. All jokes aside that's kind of scary. Maybe if Leslie gets a few victories under her belt we'll consider it. Until then we're moving forward with other fights.
Oh shout out to JazMerkin. Thanks for the kind words. We appreciate the support. We need more followers of women's boxing.

Your funny,I like you, because thats not what I heard.
You take care of your next fight,we'll take care of ours, and we'll see you back in Trinidad in May.
Now if you want to say that the matchmaker is a total liar,Im sure she'd love to talk to you again after you state that in public.
No please,Id love for you to do it. Go right ahead and say it.

    Amen to that.

Regarding the photo. Yes I know a bit of blood doesn't always mean a lot. Christy Martin seemed to bleed whenever someone looked at her.
If I had that problem I'd do a couple of things...tighten my damn defence, blood pouring out your face doesn't look good, makes it look like you're getting the worst of the action, if I was really serious and looking towards a solid pro career, get those blood vessels cauterised.

You know Missy although I have no evidence available as to what you look like I've always pictured you as a huge, muscular rhinocerous of a woman who could bludgeon her way to a women's heavyweight title within weeks of starting her pro career

No offense intended of course, it's just you have the online personality of a large scary woman, like the gym teacher from Porky's

Please if you ever do fight professionally Missy, you HAVE to call yourself 'Miss Balbricker'!
