This is a list I've been wanting to make for a while now just to see some of the different opinios on this topic. Heres my top 10 list for most boring fighters:

8 )Francisco Arce
10) De Lahoya

Couldn't disagree more with you on these 2.
When I think of these 2 the word boring doesn't come to mind especially for Arce.
