For the initial vote I think that it should be done as follows.
1. The vote will be open for a week and must have votes from at least 10 committee members to count.
2. Ties for rankings will have seperate tie breaking votes.
3. Ratings will be given
10 points for #1
9 points for #2
8 points for #3
7 points for #4
6 points for #5
5 points for #6
4 points for #7
3 points for #8
2 points for #9
1 point for #10
4. Final rankings will be the sum of all the points
5. Fighters that get votes, but don't make the rankings will be put in the pool.
6. No belts will be given on the initial vote, those have to be won in the ring.
