Great one Al...I saw this in the morn and literally went into fantasy land Lol.My god what an awesome fight.Love Nelson and respect Chavez (save for one).Just have to go with Chavez in a very tightly fought and heated affair over 12....or 15...droool.The quality inside work done here by both could fill a p4p vault.Chavez had some solid mobility coming up,think that would play a big part & difference as Nelson looked for him to plant. What a scrap

Roberto Duran v Henry Armstrong

Hammering Hank & Roberto Duran would have boxed fifty rounds because Duran although physically intimidating was fast. The second Dejesus fight revealed how Duran rolled with the punches and threw great counter punches but Benitez got him when he was out of shape and Hearns was a quick punching monster and Roberto blinked. Whitaker might have played but Duran would cut the ring off and be confident enough to remain enraged through twelve or fifteen. He had natural endurance and Hatton would be made to order. Julio Caesar Chavez although in his prime seemed similar to Duran would definitely have trouble with Roberto who fought everyone up to 160lbs. So with Pernell he gets the decision in 12 or 15, Late K.O. or decision over Chavez but he would bull Hatton and give PBF fits over 12 and send him to the canvas once late. I am saying that this is to be done in one era where they all had access to the latest in training equipment and trainers. Duran and Benny Leonard are still considered the best lightweights of all time and Duran was a three division champion as well. I was in the house when he beat Buchanan.
