Yeah - lets see Froch beat Taylor and than Kessler and than maybe he can call out Joe...
I dont think there is a fighter at 168 or 175 that can beat Joe.

I hate to sound like im just hatin on him but he hasn't really done anything at all in his career. So far it's like he's a good pro boxer, with on arright career who hasn't tested himself at a world class level.
So why invite the critisicm this sort of talk is gonna get you.
"It wasn't the night of the jab"
Why on earth is Froch any more highly regarded now than he has ever been? Because he was in a good action fight against Pascal, nevermind the fact that Pascal isn't anything remotely special himself? It's odd to me how a fighters stock can go up just because they were forced to dig down and fight hard, when it was against a somewhat ordinary opponent they did so. If anything that fight reinforced his limitations. Im fairly out of the loop recently, is the Taylor fight still on? I give Froch very little chance in that one if so. Calzaghe would toy with him, that wouldn't even be a fight imo , and certainly not one worth coming out of retirement for from Joe's perspective, unless Froch is really a big enough draw domestically. Id really only want to see Calzaghe fight Dawson if he did want to keep on, but I guess considering Chad is rematching Tarver you couldn't complain to much if he did fight Froch.
We don't really know how good Pascal is. He was unbeaten coming into the Froch fight and it was a hell of a fight both fighters did themselves proud and came to fight.
It's not really fair to say he's nothing just because he lost a war with Froch, and its not fair to say Froch is nothing because he struggled to beat him.
All I know for certain is that they both showed a tremendous amount of heart and courage in their fight, with both fighters hungry for the title and trying to win the belt right to the final bell.
Pascal has not beaten any world beaters but he's fought and beaten the same guys that the likes of Andre Ward, Arthur Abraham, Henry Bucanan and Yusaf Mack have built their records on along the way and beaten them just like they did, maybe not as spectacualrly I don't know but the point is he hadn't slipped up along the way and was clearly a cut above that level and therefore not far off the world's best at 168.
It will be interesting to see how he comes back, I'd certainly be happy to watch him fight.
I like Froch but he should not mention Joe, he will never achieve what Joe has done. Carl has been respectful about Joe but people pick out what they want to hear.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
People needto forget about Joe, he wont be back.
Pascal is a good boxer, I follow him quite a lot as he heads out from Quebec, he has power and speed but his technique has to be improved; his shots are often large and a bit telegraphed. I don't know if he'll become world champion someday but he can definitely creates surprises and can definitely be considered as a top 10 of his category, time will tell us the rest.

That's the way it is, not the way it ends
If Calzaghe comes out to fight Froch that's only important for UK boxing, especially since I reckon JT will have bust Froch up by then. If Joe is to come out I hope its too only fight one of Dawson or Hopkins
If Froch beats Taylor, Joe just may be tempted out of retirement.
