If I was Pac I would wait it out before I fought Sugar. Plus he has 1 helluva opponent in the Hitman coming up and this will be the fight that will determine if Manny belongs in the welters. I think Shane and Cotto should fight each other 1st in the rematch. I really want to see Pacman beat Ricky then see if Money Mayweather comes out of retirement and fights him by the end of the year. Then fight the winner of Cotto vs Mosley or a rubber match with JMM. If Manny decides to fight at 147 again then that is the weight he should continue to fight at from now on. Because going up and down on weight can take its toll on any fighter. But if it does happen then I gotta go with Manny by decision because I think Manny's style will give him problems. Or it might be a No Contest because both fighters fight on the inside and lead with their heads alot.
Well thank you for enlightening us Einstein. That has to be the most informative thing I've ever read on this forum personally. What if the accumulation doesn't result in death though? I know it's rare, Pacquaio most certainly will end up killing most of his previous opponents once the accumulation takes its toll years down the road; but could it be argued that a one punch KO would do more damage in the short term? Whadaya think?
I like it when Mosley showed publicly that he eagerly chasing Pacquiao...
If PAC can demolish Hatton, then why not a fight with Mosley probably at a catch weight of 144-145...
But this is the list of boxers (in order of priority), I want PAC to be his farewell fight before he retires at the end of this year:
1. PBF - hopes he unretires and fights PAC if PAC defeats Hatton more convincingly than what he did to Hatton.
2. Cotto - he started mentioning PAC as a possible future opponent but I doubt he can get past Clottey this coming June.
3. Mosley - well he fervently chasing PAC.
4. Valero - let's see if he can succeed PAC as one of boxing superstars.
.
.
.
69. JMM - If PAC can't have a fight with anyone of the first 68 boxers on this list then maybe he can settle for JMM.
.
I really think Mosley would beat Pacquiao by a good margin, doing the bigger damage down the stretch.Mosley is comfortable facing much bigger fighters and would be very solid in frame, all around retained skills and huge fight experience, once he gets Pac backing up,which I think he would...he can call the shots.I dont think Mosley needs Pacquiao now but recognizes a huge cash cow when he sees one.One step to many for Pac I believe......who needs to stop reading the press clippings & be soley, entirely and completely focused on Hatton.
Pac vs Mosley would be a dream fight for me. I'm a Mosley nuthugger before I became a pacfan.
This would be very very exciting.![]()

HahaThat's part of Boxing Negotiation 101... PAC is the man of boxing right now... Shane is eagerly chasing for a PAC fight... He wants PAC then he should agree to go down to a catch weight to even things up since Mosley is naturally bigger... Same will apply to Cotto and PBF...
PAC was successful to have Hoya (the current boxing superstar) go down to 147... PAC could do the same to Mosley, Cotto and PBF...
.
If Mosley is serious in pursuing a PAC fight then he should be willing to meet PAC halfway at 144 lbs. PAC is the man right now (specially if PAC annihilates Hatton) and it's expected for PAC to have the larger negotiating power...
Oscar fought PBF at 154
PBF fought Hatton at 147
PAC fought Oscar at 147
PAC will fight Hatton at 140
Weight class will come down to whoever has the larger say during negotiation...
.
NO! Just no!
Shane is too old for that shit are you crazy? Cotto moved up because he had to, he struggled to make 140.
Floyd? LOL, like that prick would ever give up an advantage....you really are mad!
