Okay I think Margarito's suspension is fair. I do not think that he should be banned. Now if he killed a fighter in the ring then he should have been sent to prison. After his years suspension is up and the next time he fights then he should be watched over like an eagle until his career is over. Yes, they should, and that includes Mosley. Its no skin off my nose if Mosley was to be banned for life, no matter how talented or nice a man he may be.

I think Roach might be ridiculed by some idiot knee jurk reactions but his stature in the boxing community will bring some believability to Margarito's claim of ignorance. Now that you have two promoters pitting against each other in Margarito's review to be reinstated and fingers pointing to the trainer, Margarito has a chance of getting back into the game. Only time will tell if the public is willing to forgive this guy. If it apparent that the public is not looking to string the guy up, then most likely the commission will reinstate him. I think it is reasonable to say that if Margarito can convince Roach he is ignorant that puts some doubt in many minds.

Personally, the first thought that comes to mind, when I hear that Margarito was teary eyed explaining his story to Roach is that the guy was pleading for his career rather than portraying his integrity, but I would have to see him explain it himself before I would pass judgment on that. Without being in the commission shoes, I'd have to say that because Roach has come out and said he believes the guy that it puts doubt in my mind as to weather he truly knew or turned to his blind eye. If I were in the commissions shoes, I swear I'd put this guy through the gauntlet before I let my doubt have the better of me.

Isn't the point if he would killed a fighter my friend , think , it was the Intention bro..... , why we have see if he would killed a boxer ? that was premeditated , Is like if somebody get into your home and try to assaults you with a gun , but he didn't killed anybody of your home and then was arrested , do you would like to see that guy free or see him without penalty in jail ? Eh? You do realize that if they don't kill somebody they have a different charge to deal with? If they kill someone its murder, if they don't its home invasion & assault with a deadly weapon, but I'm pretty sure it would be 10-12 years less jailtime. That has to be one of the worst, most over the top analogies I've heard. Yes if he did do it & there's proof that he knew what was going on, then yes ban him for life, but otherwise just deal with the punishment they've given. I personally think 18 months would have been better for the evidence they've got.

Also he has been cleared for his other fights so the only thing they have on him was the last fight were he did not even use the gloves. Now people while say if he done it this time then he has done it before. Yet again brings me to this point Cotto and Cintron were the ones that were knocked out badly. Yet when you see the Clotty and Williams fights they was not a cut or any bad damge and not like they did not get hit by Margrito i think the year ban is fine and i dont have a problem with it.
