Findley looks like a buffed heavyweight stuffed into a middles body...someone tape the corner stool to his glove, give him a chance

Thought JCC Jr got a hometown decision. My card was 6-4 cuello. Cuello was blocking a lot of Jrs shots, he had really good defense I thought.

Can you post which rounds you gave to Cuello?

Just rewatched the fight to make sure I wasn't talking too much out of my ass. Now I must say first off, I have never like JCC Jr. so I am admitting bias here, but I did force myself to be as fair as possible

Round 1 and 2 went to Chavez, did a great job with left hook to the body, it was pretty
Round 3 Cuello starts blocking body shots, his jab takes the round, flurries Jr had most of the shots were blocked
Round 4 Cuello applied pressure, had Jr on the ropes a lot and was able to control him there
Round 5 Cuello, his jab again was doing great
Round 6 Cuello was the agressor and outlanded Jr I felt
Round 7 Jr, he was outlanding and did a good job countering
Round 8 Jr, his uppercut was great, cuello did block a lot of the other shots but he didn't do enough
Round 9 Cuello, blocked well over majority of body shots, jab continued to land
Round 10 Cuello seemed to block everything, Jr was hitting arms, Cuello was firing right down the pipe and landing

so my score was 6-4 cuello. I could honestly see a 6-4 for jcc maybe, but one judge had it 98-92 i believe, that is just ridiculous. a draw is the only way i could see it other than a cuello win. I don't feel Jr did enough to win

Im in total agreement with markb, I had it 97-94 Cuello. Almost every round was very close though. But in close rounds I favour the guy bringing the heat and coming forward/aggressively hence my scorecard being in favour of Cuello. Personally I think a UD in favour of Chavez is an ideal example of a hometown cooking. Its not surprising though given the WBC rules of reading the scores out. After 4 rounds the meal was simmering, after 8 it was boiling and the final verdict completed the cooking.
