Ill be 22.. blech I feel old

Dude you think you have it bad? Wait until you're in your mid 30's and you are fighting guys 22. Then you know you're old. I actually hold my own with the ones at my level. But, the speed and energy is on a different level.

Enjoy your youth. I put my first knee brace on ever in my life last week in the ring. I guess it's an indication I'm still using my hips to punch. But, man, knee braces? That's when you know you're getting old.

I'll tell you what helps is using the "old Man" strength against them. Pulling down their head when they agressively come in, punching them hard to the chest, baiting them to punch me while i'm on the ropes and then turning them into them and leaning hard on them. Things like that seem to work well.

He's a nice guy but he doesn't fight the way I want to fight in the ring. I don't care to be that tough.
