    Easy, peasy, one two threesy. That's "Die Hard." The first one is Clarence Gilyard, Jr. (the 2nd black guy from Matlock), the second is Alan Rickman and I believe the 3rd one is Bruce Willis.
    The first was the guy who Argyle knocked out in the underground parking lot. I think you were right on that one.

    The second was what Bruce Willis wrote in blood in the elevator and then sent the elevator up to the thieves/terrorists in Nakatomi Plaza; however, Alan Rickman AKA Hans Gruber read it out loud.

    The third was said by the Police Chief Duane Robinson, who played the principal in The Breakfast Club, and he said it when the explosives killed Special Agents Johnson and Johnson in the helicopter.
