Do you ever feel the need to rush in with a "listen i know the sport far better than you"....

Was in a pub last night with a load of mates chatting when suddenly the subject of david haye came up to which my mate who is a very casual fan like many said...

"his fighting that klitschko fella isnt he, he`s the biggest heavyweight around at the moment"

I immidiately just had to fly in with "no he isnt the biggest heavyweight its a bloke called Nikolay Valuev who`s 7 foot 4" to which he responded.....

"nah i think youve got that wrong there mate, klitschkos the biggest"

After years of knowing this bloke and having been through thick and thin together i had the sudden urge to smash my glass over the table, stick it right into his neck and assure him i know far more about the sport than he`ll ever know and never to question me on the topic again.

Is this a result of me suffering from some sort of pent up anger resulting from a series of unfortunate mishaps in life or was i indeed right to get extremely angry?

Gets me exactly the same, one of my friends was saying the other day, 'Mayweather's come out of retirement' & I was goin 'he hasn't officially said anything yet' and then the cunt goes, 'Yeah he has, he said it in THE SUN'

I also get wound up at guys who get all excited about a big 24/7 fight and put facebook statuses up on it. This particularly builds up resentment for me, also when they try commenting on boxing on my statuses sayin stuff like 'Hatton's a fraud, he's shit, HE LOST'.

I'm actually wanting to glass these people just sitting here thinkin about it

I pass one of my neighbours nearly every day and being a fellow footie fan he`ll always come out with a "i heard west ham are gonna sign..." then proceeds to tell me its out of the rumours section in the daily star.............THE DAILY STAR FOR FUCKS SAKE

The way you're mate said the Klitschko thing sounded worse tho. I can imagine if someone said that to me, I might black out for a minute & come back standing over his prone body screaming 'its's fucking Valuev!!'

On an barely related topic, I met the West Ham technical director, Gianluca Nani, when he came to my workplace on Monday and he was asking me as a fan how I felt the team was playing, where I thought we could improve & stuff like that. Was a really cool guy & he promised that Savio kid will be a superstar
