I just got me a fix-up ticket

Does anyone know how to remove window tints and what chemical solution I should use without messing up my windows?

And can I just appear to ANY police station and look for officer to sign off my ticket?

Yeah, you just soften them down nice and gooeey, peel them off and the first copper you see in the cop shop you wrap it around their head and simply walk out, job done.

I just peeled them off with warm water, dishwashing soap, and a special scraper from home depot. Worked nice and smooth.
