Just finished day 16.. So far great results..
REALLY depends on what you're looking for..
Do you want to be the guy who is going to run a marathon? If yes, then this is not for you. Or at least this, ALONE, is not for you. There are cardio exercises, along with plyometrics exercises that will make you sweat your balls off, but it's not nearly the same as endurance/stamina training while running long distances.
Do you want to be completely jacked with HUGE muscles? If yes, then this, again, is not for you. Or at least this workout, alone, will not get you HUGE.
With that said the workout gets you in GREAT shape. It's an all around workout that kicks my a$$ every day. Your legs will get super strong, causing you to have better balance and be able to jump higher. You do a ton of pushups an pull-ups so your upper body will look super ripped. You do abs every other day, and there is a core synergistics DVD you use during your rests weeks that will rip your abs to shreds.
All in what your goal is. I just wanted to be in good shape for the beach in the summer, so this is a perfect regiment for me, which i'm doing with two of my friends.
