    Muscle has a long memory, Eyes dont. Its not all about whats seen to be done

    iceman, have you watched Don Familton's videos? I believe he's with Straight Blast as well.

    yes i like Familton, but the more i watch the boxing for mma vids i realize he is training a trainer not so much a fighter that wants that knowledge..very useful body mechanics and some very good angling work as well as drill to keep that jab a viable tool even when you are off balance or just no quite set...nice 4 point variation on just the jab
