He was on a tv link up with Mickey Rourke in states - think he even insulted Eubank's mum !

Not a prefight quote, but the funniest I have ever read was from an article on here not that long ago on Earnie Shavers.

Earnie was telling how Sylvester Stallone got ahold of him as a possible opponent for one of his Rocky movies. Earnie said he could tell that if he opened up he would kill Stallone, but Stallone was adament that Earnie, "Open up, I want this thing to look real." So Earnie did and batted Stallone around the ring a while.

He didn't get the part.

Too bad a fight never happened

A quality bit of telly. The reactions of Benn and Eubank were like chalk and cheese. Benn was well up for a fight with Toney but Eubank seemed genuinely hurt by it and I am sure he said it would keep him awake at night.

Best quote I have read comes from james Toney's fight build up with Nunn. Nunn was making fun of Toney and Toney blew up and shouted "I am going to kill you, you motherfucker. Going to break your bones, going to break your fucking bones"
