There is nothing at all Carl can do though, he has to take it on the chin like all of us with the TV scandal. Its a complete joke, do ITV actually think I can last until 8 30 the next day to see the fight?!?!?!?!? I CERTAINLY CAN NOT ! i will pay money on a stream if I have to, I am not missing this fight !!! I know we will find a stream between us.

I am confident Carl is going to do this though, crunch time for Carl and he knows if he loses this fight thats it for him. That will be a large incentive to him and I know hes going to beat jermain

ITV should be showing this live. They could have advertised it on their own channels and got a lot of interest from the casual fans.

I agree with you Tam, waiting till the next day to watch the fight is shit, it's not the same watching a fight live.

I know for a fact I will have about 30 people ringing me up asking about the fight in the morning. If i was going to watch the fight until the next evening I litrally would have to lock myself in the cellar without a phone in complete silence away from everyone and im not doing that. I will get a stream, but this has potential fight of the year written over it, what a bad mistake it would be for the TV companies in the UK if this fight is outstanding, there will be lots of angry viewers like me. Im not drinking either before this fight because the last Froch fight I had to go home half way through the fight because I was throwing up everywhere, bad mistake that was !

I actually think Carl just needs to give a good showing of himself. A hard-fought, respectable loss wouldn't be that big of a strike against him. In addition, if the fight is close, either may earn a rematch. It isn't in the contract, but the networks will shell out for it if it is a war.
