Viloria born in Hawaii of Filipino parents so technically he's a Filipino-American. Viloria visits the Philippines and can speak the local language of the Philippines.

Donaire born in the Philippines and grew up in California, USA... Another Filipino-American...

I have similar hopes for Omar Narvaez. He's an Argentinian boxer, born and raised, but is from Trelew, in Chubut province, which is one of the Welsh settlements in Argentina. If he can speak Welsh, or trace Welsh heritage, we'll claim him as one of our champions .

You can claim Pacquiao too if you wish since I've heard PAC saying this statement in Scottish accent...

“I was born and raised in Scotland, our hero is William Wallace. This coming May I am fighting for freedom against the Englishman.”

Yes, because Scotland & Wales are the same country

I think you won't take more than 3, I can't see Penalosa beating Juanma, I just think stepping up he'll have too much for him. Pac-Hatton is so close to call, I'm sliding further towards Hatton as the fight approaches although for insurance purposes I'll stick with my pre-fight prediction of Pacquiao by SD.
