Fair play to Froch.....I hope he can fight Kessler and beats Kess's ass; tired of waiting for Mikkel to get up and figh someone.

I think Kessler would beat Froch handily.

I agree with you sir. Still a big win for Froch tonight. Taylor just ran out of gas.

Yeah the trouble with Froch is he's a bit like a more skilled Andrade. He's more talented than Andrade and has the same granite chin but like Andrade he can be made to look slow and awkward by slick boxers.

His only way of beating Kessler would be to knock him out and I just don't see him doing that, Kessler is not a good matchup for Froch.

He'd do in Lucian Bute though, and even Alan Green

Him and Andrade would be great, Gatti Ward at 168

Right stream switch now, it's Lopez Penalosa. Will Juan Manuel blow him out in a round as well?

Damn Grand Prix on early morning as well, I ain't sleeping tonight

You have to give Froch credit for coming to America and getting the job done. Good win for a young champion.

He's similar to Andrade, but not all that similar. Andrade has a better chin and puts on pressure in a much more intense way. He's also better technically IMO, though I think Froch has more one-punch power from what I've seen. I'd love to see a Froch - Andrade fight.

I think Bute beats both of them and I'm certain Kessler does.

I don't see how you can say Andrade has a better chin, I'm sure Taylor hits harder than Yusaf Mack, and he caught with two absolute bombs in that round.

Froch's chin is rock solid imo.

I think Froch beats Andrade if they meet but it would be a great fight for the fans, guaranteed excitement and action.

For the record I think Froch is technically better than Andrade, who was 1-14 as an amatuer.

Froch looks sloppy at times but he's got skills.

Bute and Kessler, both of whom have legitimate power beyond that of Jermaine Taylor, were landing almost at will against Andrade and he walked right through it. Taylor hurt Froch several times in this fight. Also, Mack may have dropped Andrade, which excellent punches, but Andrade never seemed seriously hurt.

Bute doesn't really have power. Since stepping up to world class level he's nearly always taken the distance, even a shot William Joppy went 10 rounds. His only big KO was against Berrio but he'd already been knocked out about 5 times before.

Bute wouldn't have the power to hurt Froch, Froch would knock him out in the late rounds. Kessler is a big puncher but if I recall against Andrade it was all jabs.

I'd pick Froch over Andrade if they ever meet. Oh and Alan Green beats Andrade too

Froch will now have sphincter spasms everytime he hears Kesslers name

I give Froch much respeect....and Taylor for really bringing the fight. But it was hisconditioning that got to him once again I think. Good job to both fighters

Ross you are a fucking moron. Froch took some tremendous shots in that round and got straight back up to win the fight.

How many fighters in history go through their entire careers without getting dropped especially by a great shot.

The three fighters considered to have the best chins in the sport, Margarito, Andrade and James Toney have all been dropped and in Margarito's case knocked out.

He went down, but kept his composure and came back to win the fight, he's got one hell of a chin.

And Taylor can hit, just ask Kelly Pavlik.

    Grow up

Froch was dropped hard by a middle weight who was only 166, even Carl said himself after seeing that weight that Jermain isnt a real supermiddle.

Wait till Kessler or Andrade is catching that chin

Truth of the matter is, Taylor is the first real known quantity we can guage Carl off, Jermains last few performances havent been great, hes been kod by Pavlik and dropped by Lacy, hes moved up to avoid Pavlik and if it wasnt for his stamina would have whitewashed Carl and if Taylor wasnt gunshy he would have finished off Carl in that Third round seeing as there was a good half a minute left.

Wait till he fights a top supermiddle because as yet he hasnt.
