Hatton will be significantly heavier than Manny. You do know that, right?

yeah but not all the time. Heavier don't always mean stronger.

Oumafan, I saw the Atlas review on ESPN about an hour ago, and you are distorting what Atlas said.

For starters, he did not say categorically that Hatton would win. Also, he did not state as fact that it is a problem that Pacquiao came in at 138, but did SUGGEST it as an issue. He also pointed out that Manny may have been getting complacent after the DLH win---and what pacman fan would not be concerned about the terrible crowds and hollywood stars coming to the wildcard gym to see him? Lastly, toward the end of his review, Atlas made a comment to the effect, paraphrasing, "Hatton will have to be real clever/serious, because he's the underdog for a reason."

It is really important not to distort what people say, intrinsically and because then it starts some silly thread based on distortion.

Lol. Actually I always liked Atlas, but here of course the point is being accurate in quoting people in the boxing world. Without that we are talking pure bullshit.

Enjoy the fight man, let's hope it goes a good few rounds.

LOL, you guys took this thread way too seriously, Miles this was not a Pachugger thread this was a I think Teddy's crazy thread, before every big fight somebody, not just me, comments on how Teddy's picks are the kiss of death. Eastside

And "For starters, he did not say categorically that Hatton would win"

Well, he picked him to win

And "Also, he did not state as fact that it is a problem that Pacquiao came in at 138, but did SUGGEST it as an issue"

I know he said it was a red flag, that's why I said on the original post that he "implied" that it might be an issue.
