he really does suck, just in general, way to take a shot at Ricky and Manny in his little retirement announcement.

Scum you can skim it off the top but it still coats everything in the pan. The man is a lowlife, his last dig at Freddie Roach in the bonus 24/7 video where he chirps in that (due to Parkinsons Disease) "your older than me man" was unforgivable. He deserted his fighter with no thought to his safety after Ricky was floored and then didn't turn up at the press conference and take it like a man. If the Hitman really did sack him before the fight why was he there at all? Turns up late and then has the temerity to offer his advice on Hatton retiring. The list goes on. Did anyone see any footage during the fight of him giving Ricky advice in the corner after a calamatous round 1? maybe they never filmed it. No excuses Hatton was completlley blown away by a devastating Pacman performance and most Hatton Fans (myself included) have nothing but respect for the self control shown by him and Roach under great provocation from Mayweather snr over the preceding weeks build-up. The man is an arse and i feel ashamed as a Brit that one of our top fighters was tainted by his poison.

What pisses me off the most about Floyd Sr. is pre-fight it was all about "I'm the best trainer," "I changed Ricky." It was all about him. Now that Hatton lost, he blames everything on Ricky. That makes no sense to me and shows ZERO class!

Here it is guys, "I told you So". Mayweather Sr. is as transparent as they come. Why do people insist he is a good trainer? He nothing more than a man that has great knowledge of the game. Other than that keep him the hell away from the kids. His ego and mouth are fused together where his foot just flies in his mouth like a yoyo. If it weren't for Mayweather Jr. he wouldn't have gotten any attention.

I didn't read about Ricky firing Mayweather Sr. I hope it's true.... the guy is such a classless prick that he'll disconnect himself from Hatton Anyway. what an Ass!

    Joan Guzman
    Ricky Hatton

Great champs BUT he rubbed them all the wrong way in the end - I don't think these guys would have hired him was he not a great trainer, but he fucks himself over in the end with his ego and inconsistency.

He did - maybe you missed it in all the calamity and crowd noise but he was telling him that he needs to stop rushing in, start moving his head and (I think) start using his jab. I swear his last sentence was 'You needed to listen to me in the first place!!' lol

Yeah he did actually say that to his defence. Hatton obviously did not follow the game plan, so yes he should be angry but he should of forgotten about that when hatton was out cold.
