no, not really, the level of competition in all of those names you mentioned above was a hell of a lot better than the level of competition now, Armstrong reigned as triple weight class champion at the same time, something Manny is not doing at all, plus that was a time when a guy could weigh 130 lbs and be considered a welterweight lol
