He tends to load up so there is a ton of force but his punches are easier to see coming. Pacquiao's pretty much teleport into your face with surprising power, and unlike Mosley Pacquiao can throw hurting combinations, which we haven't seen from Mosley since he was at 135. Last, but not least Pacquiao can hurt you at range, and unless you are Margarito Mosley usually has a pretty difficult time getting off at range.
What fight were u watching?? You are WRONG! Mosley chased Cotto around the ring for all of the 9th round! Cotto was reeling. He happened to land some counter shots when Mosley was rushing in, and that was all that saved him. If Mosley had taken his time coming in when he had him hurt, the story would have been different.
"Floyd needs to inject Xylocaine into his balls to gain the courage to fight Pacquiao."

    - and I quote from some random guy on the internet

I don't see this fight being made before Manny-Floyd. Like people already said this is just Arum starting negotiations on the Manny-Floyd money split.

The same one that I've seen 40 times, Cotto was already moving around before the time he was allegedly hurt from Mosley because he had a hard time breathing with blood in his mouth. Cotto even stated later he decided to box so he wouldn't get caught with anything big. He wasn't badly hurt, Watch the Corley or Torres fight, or even against Judah and you will see Cotto hurt, that slip was just that, A slip. How about you actually watch the fight and see Mosley slip in that exact same spot.
