All we have to do is add a striker and a back up wing midfielder...Kuyt can be a backup striker/forward, Benayoun is a good CM backup, and if we can have a guy on the wing in case Alonso goes down again or to provide a bigger offensive presance then we'll be fine. Our defense is good, Riera has proven to be very valuable, we always have the ability to score 3 goals or more at the drop of a hat when Gerrard and Torres are healthy...all we need to work on is Plan B and all that requires is adding a striker who can carry the offense if Torres or Gerrard need a day off or get injured and hell Peter Crouch was mighty close to being that, and we need a back up wing midfielder to give Alonso or Riera a day off from time to time or incase they are injured.

Liverpool is in fine shape...did you see that stretch where we scored like 14 goals in 3 games Had the break not happened then we would have won the Champions League AND the Premier League

Paisley?? You being serious? Shankley yes but Paisley? Pasiley took over a team who were already the best around Ferguson took over a team that were mid table shit outfit, Fergie ten times manager Paisley was.

Barcelona were to good, where was Ronaldo?? Quite difficult when he is playing up front on his own and his midfield cant even get hold of the ball, should really be asking where was Carrick, Anderson and Giggs, Ronaldo was are only decent player, soon as they scored we were fucked couldnt get the ball off them.

I'm a United fan. We weren't good tonight. Spoke to my dad before the game and said "fucking great...Anderson's starting, why don't we just give them the fucking trophy."

To tell the truth Anderson, Park, Giggs and Carrick please compare that to Inesta and Xavi.

The teams were in papers this morning and most people I knew figured United edge in defence would be the difference.

Well, that was a masterclass from the greatest team on the planet right now. Barcelona made United look second rate, and that is damn impressive considering how formidable United have been against most other teams.

Iniesta and Messi were brilliant, they compliment each other perfectly.
Ronaldo was anonymous once more on the big occasion, and even started to get dangerous with his tackles when the frustration set in. Vidic had a very poor game... Carrick was rubbish again.

Barcelona's ease of passing the ball around is a sight to behold, they are remarkably fluid and mix it up greatly with off the ball running. It must be a nightmare to defend against!

But, all in all, a more deserving champions there has rarely been before. They are a class apart for sure, and so exciting to watch as a neutral.
    Well done to them!

You were not saying that before the match mate? it was going to be a great game according to you lol.

Quite easy to come out with that when the event has happened, as soon as they scored they relaxed we paniced and couldnt get the ball off them, wasted Rooney and basically looked outclassed all night, big let down, but its football this happens.

I'm not a bad loser, I just realize that the break sapped our rhythm...We scored 13 goals in 3 games: 4 vs Man U, 4 vs Real Madrid, and 5 vs Aston Villa and then we had a long layoff.

I'm just saying you're writing us off for next season when we did get better this season.

i also fall into the 'liverpool had there chance' catagary
liverpool did bloody well they only lost 2 games all season & only on one other occassion in premier league has that team not won league.

but utd dont tend to draw games they win or lose & thats why we won league, all this draw bollocks dont win u shit!

dont even matter if united beat barca, liverpool fans wont give united any credit. i as a united fan i would of given credit if liverpool would of won title & made no excuses for united, but thats just liverpool fans for ya, bad losers
