i agree with khan no rematch, khan should move on to other things.

if any fight with mab, i'd like to see him in with valero. pac never really put mab down for good, if valero can then it will help valero get a fight with pac.
Khan's win against an old Barrera was hardly impressive, so he should want the rematch, especially when Barrera did nothing to imply that he could actually put up with Khan's speed and size advantage, the point is, Khan didn't clearly beat a guy who had never fought above 130 lbs and was clearly past his best

I can see it happening again maybe down the road, depending on what MAB does.. can't see him retiring. Don't think he come back to lose and retire again, he wants blood. Wouldn't mind seeing him fight some of the mid-level guys at 130 and seeing where he stands.

Khan didn't clearly beat Barrera? Sorry what fight were you watching? He absolutley dominated Barrera from pillar to post.

he dominated a guy who shouldn't have fought on after the first, and had a cut the size of Texas on his forehead bleeding down like the Niagra falls, and yet never really hurt him, should have been a NC, sorry but a technical decision over a half blind fighter from a headbutt is hardly beating someone CLEARLY

Exactly. Hardly a beat down, should have been stopped far sooner.

An appalling fight and one of the worst spectacles to have come out of British boxing. A shameful way to treat the legend that is MAB IMO.

I struggle to see myself becoming a Khan fan as I have this desire to see him get sparked out ASAP. All of my loathing comes from the Barrera fight, and though it wasn't Khan's fault directly, I need a figurehead to vent against.

You call a headbutt total domination ? Bassically all a fighter has to do is headbutt the other guy until their cranium is exposed and cant see, still fail to hurt them even though they are in no position to fight and then wait until the 5 round mark so they can claim an underserved dodgy win by screwing the system? Wow great win for Amir. Him and Warren are a great team

The fact that they allowed it to go 5 just to give Amir a win and then deny Barrera a return tells us all we need to know. If Barrera nutted Khan in Mexico and got given a win by a home ref I can imagine the outrage but its fine cuz its Fwank.

i give Jones, Morales, Pacquiao, and Marquez all the credit in the world for beating Marco, but he showed since he's returned that he doesn't have much if anything left, to say he's still a world beater is pretty sad, and yea i do think he should retire, never should of come out of retirement really

Jones had already gotten KTFO against Tarver and was given a rematch, same goes for Jermain Taylor against Pavlik, and a bunch of other examples, point is, at least in the Barrera/Khan fight, there was controversy due to the cut, and the way the ref and the doctors handled the situation

All fair points..unless you look at it that the doctors gave him every chance to take out Khan before they stepped in to halt proceedings as did the ref!! But he could'nt because he had nothing!

When its all said and done Khan could'nt have lived with MAB 4/5 years ago but now he's a shell of his former self...So What Purpose does it serve anyone to have a rematch other than to appease MAB's Ego ,because AMIR WILL MURDER HIM!! He's to fast and strong for an ageing Legend...Period!

    Just hangem up MAB...you're done!
