Considering the competition sure. But he's not 10-3Bernard actually is 10-3 over his last 13 and he's thought of as top five.
I personally think Bernard should be 12-1 with a close decision loss to a hall of famer but both Taylor fights were close enough to where you can't say he was robbed (the second was bullshit though IMO) so he's 10-3. Same with Pac. I thought he edged both JMM fights but you don't have to work that hard to convince me he didn't. And I wasn't even a big fan then, I only became a big fan for the most part because I'm a contrarian and all the ridiculous hate started to annoy me.
