I love how a person with 20-some posts felt the need to come back to come back here almost three years since his last post just to bump this thread. That my friends is douchebagery on an epic scale.
Hahahaha. Not really. I happened to be busy during that time and I've just stumbled on this thread. I feel vindicated as I read those posts that villified me.
But the fact that Pac is generally considered to be the P4P number one today does not change the fact that he was not considered to hold that position when you originally posted this. The primary reason he climbed to the #1 spot on most lists was because Mayweather retired.
Well, it took about 3 months during that time I posted this thread for Pac to assume the position. What's 3 months, anyway? I could have missed it by a few months as Floyd during that time was not inclined to fight the other elite fighters in his division. Manny would eventually overtake him even if he did not retire.

That's not true. You made this thread before Mayweather fought Baldomir, Pac was not generally considered the P4P number 1 until after Mayweather retired following the Hatton fight.

The fact that I was laughed at in this thread for proclaiming that he was the best P4P and ascended the position months later made me even more feel vindicated. I could have seen something in Pac that made say this. It was like PacDaBest who predicted that Pac will fight dela Hoya, Hatton, Mayweather, etc. which was unthinkable during that time. I don't know if you know PacDaBest, the poster who is now acclaimed as Nostradamus in boxing.

Again, you're wrong. He didn't "ascend to the position" until years after you statement.

It doesn't matter, bro. What's 6 months or one year difference anyway? Floyd retired about two years ago, right? What's important is what I declared in my thread came true. No need to nitpick on such a trivial matter. If you are boxing fan, you should rejoice that we are enjoying an exciting boxer in Manny Pacquiao during our time. Peace.

Why not give him what he's worth instead of belittling him and robbing him of what he deserves. Athletes like him only come once in a lifetime afterall, so enjoy him while you can. And yes! I said let him get what he deserves. Pacquiao earned his way to be on top. He didn't take any shortcuts or avoided any road blocks like other boxers who ducked the best competition. You may not understand a lot of what he says during his interviews, but love him or hate him, Manny Pacquiao's fists have done the talking unlike Floyd Mayweather Jr. who still looking how to cement his career after Manny Pacquiao overtakes him.

haha... vindicated? VINDICATED? Is it just me... or are these little pac minions so pathetic in life that they leech onto the most successful thing that they can be related to (in this case pac because he happens to share their nationality... big fucking deal, well done for being born on the same soil) because when Pac wins it makes them feel like a winner in an otherwise empty, pathetic life?

Also nobody buys that you 'stumbled upon this thread', you sad little man.

Startrek geek. What makes you so sure he was born in the same soil with Pac? And wtf this thread has got to do with nationality?

Actually he's the pathetic one... He can't deal strictly with the discussion issues and arguments objectively... There's no need really to sidetrack the discussion to race, country and nationality...

    .
I know what he means though, the way people try and share in a Pac victory like it's an acheivement they are somehow involved in.

How is it side tracking the discussion? (I couldn't really see one in the first place)

It's just an observation I've made about the legions of Pac minions and I can't really think of a better place to say it than in a thread where a sad little fan boy went and looked up a 3 year old post just to say how 'vinidcated' he felt.

Maybe it was the giant Filipino flag in his avatar you fucking moron.

And this thread being bumped has everything to do with sad little pacman fanboys, the majority of which happen to be from the philippines.
