If my memory serves me right, I think both of the Penalosa brothers are former 2-time div champs.

Don't forget Floyd mayweather Sr. and Roger Mayweather.
There are also a lot of other boxers who became champions or contenders with brothers that have not reached the same level.

The Weaver triplets and big brother Mike....The Canizalez brothers Gaby and Orlando both world class.
Pretty sure Shanes Brother is Larry Mosley.But he was no Champion

Never broke through with major straps but Frankie and Harold Warren fought some of the best and gained lesser usba/nabf trinkets.Harold had an odd situation,one of his arms (I think the left) was under developed...shorter than the right and almost in a permanent 'hook' posture in spots.Never really held him back though,dude was as tough as nails.
