I think Chagaev will take more chances than Ibragimov did. Which is good for us (the viewers) but bad for him.
Wlad will take him out in 8-9 rounds.
...odd choice of words considering what happened to your fighter.
There's only 2 ways to beat Wlad #1 Take numerous blows to the head and hope that Wlad tires out #2 Catch him with a hard power punch and be able to follow up....I SUPPOSE he could be outboxed, but we haven't seen it and it ain't like Chagaev is blowing fighters out of the water here either, he beat Ruiz and Valuev, but both those guys were still in the fight at the end.
Agreed on that one. I too will stay optimistic. Chagaev is a solid boxer and he has a few good names on his resume. He will have a similar strategy as Ibragimov because there really isn't another strategy if you are 6'1, 228. That said, he may be more of a warrior than Ibragimov and force some oppenings when Ibragimov was more content on being safe.
Agreed. Vlad may force the action more than in the Ibragimov fight because there are higher expectations in that the fight was Haye was expected to be exciting. Another boring fight wouldn't bear well for Vlad's reputation and even with Vlad's chin I'm not sure Chagaev has the power to scare him.
