Pretty much everyone I know who has dealt with their customer service said they were beyond total shite. I get Setanta free so I ain't got no beef with them and I'd be gutted if they went down.

It's people like Setanta who have presided over the relegation of boxing to being a minority sport ...... fighters used to be on free TV which made them massive stars, now they are PPV which only those already interested will pay to watch. Talk about not trying to increaese your fan base.
