He only needs to graze a opponent to take them down. Vitali obviosly has a great chin but the only two boxers to test his chin were Lennonx Lewis and Corrie Sanders (i think Sanders did anyway) and that was half a decade ago.
I think that if age has significantly eroded Vitali's chin and if Haye is able to land a picture-perfect shot or a series of hard punches in quick succession, than he has a chance to put down Vitali. However, I don't think either scenario is likely and I think Vitali dispatches Haye relatively quickly.
