Would love to see Khan v Murray.
But very doubtful it will happen. I hope he doesn't get another "typical Frank Warren fight".
I think we all want to see how far Khan can advance under Roach. Against a no-hoper won't prove shit.

one dangerous horrible bloke
I agree in that Murray will never fight Kahn, for the simple fact who is Murray?? I love Murrays style and hes a decent fighter but no one knows who he is he was supposed to be the home fighter last night and theer was more supposrters for Lawton.
I think Kahn would smash him if im honest within 6 rounds, Murray good at what he does but everytime i see him fight hes just to one dimensional he just imposes himself on limited fighters like Mccalsiter and Lawton and just bullies them, Kahn would me moving and hitting him and would stop him in his tracks, once Murray fights someone who has decent power and who is as physically strong as him he will come unstuck.
Nice post mate, agree 100%. I like Murray, he kinda reminds me of Hatton, a pressure fighter with ferocious aggression and beautiful body shots, but also like Hatton he isn't very technically sound and will come undone against any decent counter puncher or someone who has a good technical style overall really. I think Khan would destroy him if I'm honest, lawton was almost hitting him in the face at will at times, with slow combos.. Khan would be unleashing lightning fast combos and wouldn't let murrary back him up at all.
Yes Joey deffo mate, in his last two contests he has been taking clean punches by power puff fighters, he is just to one dimensioanl to make it to the top againsta technical boxer who doesnt let him have his own way, did you hear Hennesey talking about Diaz last night, i think the Mallinaggi fight is 100% on, but i would be quite curious to see Murray in against a fighter with simalar resilliance and a fighter who also likes to jump on you and impose his style on you, i think Diaz would be a bit to clever for Murray but an exciting fight if it did happen.
Something else about Murray we dont know what he is like in a long 12 round fight, wonder what he is like for 12 rounds at the pace he was at last night, Thaxton next i think, who is a bit past it now I think Murray to fresh for Thaxton and will win a war in 8 or 9.
I'm not sold on Murray at all & his lack of professionalism on Friday says he's not the guy who deserves the money fight against Khan. Turning up to a weigh-in almost an hour late, swaggering in & then not even having made sure he made the weight, plus he took longer to KO Lawton than Khan who fought him 2 years ago when he was a substantially poorer fighter. I think Khan outboxes him for 6 or 7 rounds before dropping him once Murray starts to tire. I thought McCallister could've beaten him if he didn't play the idiot & just try & show how good his chin is. For me Murray is a British/European level fighter & I think he would struggle at Light-Welter even against the Brits in the mix like Olugesun or McCloskey. Hatton was far better technically than Murray IMO
Agree with most of you guys.
Khan made Lawton look like a complete mug, Murray, because of his non-moving head made Lawton look half-decent in places.
Khan would beat Murray on the bridle (of course anyone will always have a chance with Khans beyond fragile chin).
Murray will have to show a seriously sold chin against Thaxton or he's losing that one.
