Mosley had Vargas, Mayorga, Collazo, Margarito, Cotto.

Cotto had Urkal, Quintana, Judah, Mosley, Margarito, Clottey ... it really isn't that much more impressive.
You left out ODLH & I'd class the David Estrada he fought on the same level as Urkal
