Why? Vic has gone on to achieve more. Don't get me wrong I'm a big Donaire fan, but I don't think his achievements since his win over Vic warrant a higher place in the P4P, when Vic moved up in weight and unified the belts with impressive victories. Your logic, once again, suggests that we should discount Pacquiao's achievements since his losses, and that Medgoen Singsurat should be ranked above him until Pac avenges the loss.
bzkfn, your opinion on this is quite puzzling. why would you compare medgeon-pac to a donaire darch scenario, when darch is waaaay ahead of medgeon in terms of greatness?
quite frankly, darch avoided nonito. the fact that he avoided him proves nonito is the real deal, and everyone on the ring mag acknowledges this. how a fighter is avoided by the elite should be one of the criterias on how a selection is made for inclusion to the list. i guess that's one of their criterias, really. darch could really have achieved more imo,if he accepted an immediate rematch from nonito. wanna know when that challenge happened for the first time? after darch fully recovered being wasted on their fight, getting up from his corner, while the media have to force vic for an interview right there and then inside the mat, which vic was reluctant to because of the shock and shame he obsorbed (with the thrash talk and cockiness during and before the fight). did he really achieved more? he run from his greatest fear. you can make an argument that nonito could have achieved more only if arce, hussein, mijares and montiel accepted his offer for a fight, which they did'nt. and that's a fact.
my question for you bzkfn,in terms of courage who do you rate more? nonito or vic?
