The guys not on this list should be worried.....if you're not hated then you don't matter. Shit being hated has gotten floyd millions, like he said he's been in the game awhile and no one cared till he became an asshole and made fans care... i doubt he and his family would trade what they have to have a bunch of people who at the same time will buy everyone of his ppv's in desperate hopes someone will beat him, have say they like him. People liked hatton at one time, even baldomir when floyd was able to convince us he had a chance. When your boxing career is over the people who's approval you damn near killed yourself to get won't give a crap about you. I like most fighters the same for the most part, but let one of thier broke asses come to my door 15, 20 years from now saying " hey remember when i wanted to fight fighter "A" but you went online and convinced me to fight fighter "B" instead ?? Well i did and won just like you liked but now i need this surgury and i'm low on funds and you all said you loved me and SLAM !!!!!!! goes my door. Same with us all.

Agreed....on a boxing thread race only comes up where boxing knowledge lacks......at the same time i wonder if they stray into boxing topics on the klu klux klan site when they have limited knowledge on race hhhmmmm.

Especially Margarito, even if he had loaded gloves against Cotto it helped me win my bet (6/1), so i'd be lying if i said I wasn't happy about winning loads of money, and i have to thank Margarito for that.

Cotto wasn't seriously hurt and all three of us got paid. Happy days.

Come to think about this, if PAC is one of the most hated/disliked boxer then why is it most of his fights sell well? Just don't tell me most people bought his fights to see PAC lose... and don't tell me that most people bought his fights because of his opponents...

Fans like to see PAC fights... Fans want to see exciting boxing fights... That's why many fans like PAC, one of the most exciting boxers right now...

Kermit Cintron for lacking what any true fighter has and that's heart. A rough cur in some circles he would be labeled; can't take what he dishes out and Moses couldn't part the oceans of tears he lets loose. Fag. Die. Get outta here. I liked him alot and it was difficult to watch him fight Margarita' the 1st time as I liked both; but Krymit solved that dilemna by sitting down and like a puss. Yeah, I don't think that anybody hates pacman (unless they themselves are a fanboy of Mexican fighters) but his fans are so irritating that it makes people want to see him lose.

The problem is that they're not real boxing fans, most of them have just jumped onto the wagon that set off from the Philippines and went crazy along the way.

It's understandable (though still very annoying), if you were from a country with little weight in the international sporting world (watch me get burned for telling it like it is) and even less in boxing and then one of your countrymen becomes a boxing phenomenon then I imagine that it's gonna be hard not to lose your mind and become hysterical/blinkered like these Pac minions are.

British/American/Mexican/European etc fans don't completely lose their minds this much over the likes of Kilitscho/Floyd/Hopkins/Calzaghe/Marquez etc because we're used to having people in the upper levels of the sport all the time anyway.

Once Pacman has hung up his gloves wait and see how many of these minions still follow the sport as legitimate, genuine boxing fans.

(before I get castrated for this I'd like to point out that I know the difference between:

a) a genuine pac fan
b) a genuine Filipino boxing fan
c) a Pac minion

I think you typed out everything that makes sense. Not too many fighters from Asian countries are well known and this good and one guy comes along that hits the international stage so there are going to be bad fans. But those bad fans in my opinion are probably the most visible and loudest so there is a negative image being churned out right now. And you said it best that a large segment of his fans are so irritating that people just want to see him lose.


To get back on track I see quite a lot of boxing fans that really don't like Judah. Could be the guy's attitude and the potential that he never reached.

He's a funny one Judah... a lot of people dislike him because he's an under achiever and acts like a fool but you get a lot of people like Starr etc who seem to make excuse after excuse for the guy.

And the guy is smart. Remember Gerald McClellan and what happened to him with his bout after Benn? Almost no one gave a crap. He's struggling to pay his bills and the treatment he needs for his condition. Where are the fans now that says he's such a hard guy for fighting Benn one of the best in the game? Exactly no where to be found.

Most of the general public and many other sports fans didn't know who Floyd was until he reinvented himself to be the bad guy. PPV sales for his bout with DLH was at 2.4 million the highest ever. Even his sales with Hatton does better than Pacmans. Not bad for being a boring fighter yeah?

Still the best in the game. He knows how to work it just like how Ali did it.

I dislike Manny Pac. There is nothing wrong with him as a fighter nor personality. But I want him to be knocked out. I'm sick of him beating Barrera and now Hatton. And some of the fans are just ludicrous. The tables deserve to be turned just once and maybe the world can be a friendlier place again.

I seriously dislike Amir Khan. There is a lot wrong with him as a fighter and a personality. His Warren association, fleecing the public, title shots he doesn't deserve, big mouth idiocy, fake win over Barrera. It all adds up to me wanting him knocked out as well.

I dislike Floyd Mayweather too. Nothing wrong with him as a fighter but his personality is seriously retarded. He comes across as a spoiled, big baby with ego issues.
