Not every fighter is like Mike Tyson, a swarming wrecking ball that throws caution to the wind. Obviously Wlad had some problems (got caught and stamina) when he was more agressive so he has toned down his attack. Wlad is a big guy, is not young, and doesnt have great stamina so if he goes for broke too early (and blows his load some might say) and doesnt get the guy out of there Wlad may run into some trouble. He is making millions right now, dominating the division, and fighting every top fighter there is. If you dont like it, dont watch him. I appreciate his style, and the fact that he KO's his opponents. Wlad regularly sells out large fight venues so other people enjoy his fights as well......This is by far not the worst the division has been, John Ruiz and Chris Byrd used to be top HWs..

    That's what people are doing...

That's why HBO didn't even bother buying the fight.

Than why did ESPN pick it up? Wlad sells out fight venues all the time.

I enjoy watching Wlad dish out punishment on his opponents and wondering how much longer they can keep taking those shots. People complain that Wlad jabs his way to victory but his jab is more powerful than most HWs straight rights/lefts....Wlad has bad fights (Sultan) just like any other fighter but for me the Ruslan fight was pretty good.

    Yea Espn Classic

Bottom line is HBO is the premier Boxing network, if they pass on the #1 and #3 heavy fighting for the ring belt you know synchronized paint drying is more interesting than Wlad Klitschko

Arent you a big fan of Floyd Maweather? Talk about paint drying, I would rather watch Wlad than Floyd any day. at least Wald tries to fight the best fighters out there.

Setting you Klitheads straight is so easy.

So tell me dude when was the last time Floyd enjoyed a drastic height, weight, reach and power advantage?

Not to mention your comparing a fighter from the absolute weakest and unmarketable division, to a fighter who fights within the realms of what has been called a golden era for 140/147

    - Lets look at Floyd's opposition:

Ricky Hatton - Floyd had every advantage over hatton, size, speed, reflexes defense, and what does he do? Floyd feints, and plays keep away while pot shotting hatton for 10 rounds

Baldomir - Floyd had every adavantage over the slow as molasis Baldomir and chose to hang back and just pot shot his way to a decision.

De La Hoya - Again, Floyd had speed and youth on his side and what does he do? he runs the whole fight....

I wonder how Floyd will fight Marquez, who again has has a ton of physical advantages? Is he going to go in and try to knock him out? NO - is he going to fight a defensive fight and pot shot......

Dont dog Wlad for lacking killer instinct when your hero has little if no killer instinct himself.

    This is way too easy

Can't really argue with that, such a big fight that HBO didn't want it even with the date and time slot set, says it all.

    The heavyweight division STINKS period

You cant blame it on the klitschkos for being too good. The reason heavyweight boxing is in a rut is mainly down to countrys like the US/UK that produce the exciting, powerful guys but just arent bringing them through anymore.

Since lewis we`ve had sod all other than a brief 15minutes of fame from danny williams and the current overhyping of the showhorse that is david haye.

America hasnt produce a quality heavyweight for 15 odd years now and ive already made my thoughts on this situation many times over.
    one dangerous horrible bloke
