Palle isnegotiating with Sauerland promotions to take kessler's options over. Sauerland have made a low offer and Palle has told them to up it or he'll go to court, or at least not withdraw from the impending court case. Probably the whole thing gets settled before they end up in court.
Not true. It's called jurisdiction. Not all country's have treaty's with others, in which they respect each others judgments. If Kessler has his money in the Cayman Islands, how in the world would a Danish court get to it?
In fact, in the US alone, a person may have trouble enforcing a judgement from one state to another.

If he tries hiding his money anywhere they'll just suspend his passport till he pays up. Any case decided by a national court in an EU country carries the full force of European law. But it doesn't matter anyway, tax havens are only good for hiding money the authorities don't know about. If Kessler transfeered his dough to the Caymans or Switzerland it'd leave a trail and the authorities just follow the trail and apply to the bank where the money is. Plus since the financial crisis nobody is helping anybody hide money anymore, even Switzerland are currently in the process of handing over the details of tens of thousands of American Swiss account holders to the IRS.
HAha Kessler has signed with Sauerland and Mogens Palle is pissed

Well it looks like it's on!!!!
Showtime to stage six-man super middleweight round-robin tournament - ESPN
The one thing that sucks though, it looks like we will never see Abraham vs Pavlik.![]()
LOL, I've heard its on from somewhere else too, unbelievable, against all odds and all logic really. If I had posted on the first page of this thread I would have used lots of laughing smilies to indicate how ridiculously unlikely this was. Oh well. Good shit.
The Americans could get swept in the first roundI give Taylor a decent shot at Abraham actually, for a few reasons really, slow pace being the numero uno one, but I guess I would pick AA, I would take Kessler over Ward and as talented as Dirrell is and as relentlessly negative as I've always been about Froch I'm picking him to win that one by a late stoppage. Dirrell's got issues I think.

If you really think about this, have there been many bigger boxing stories than this in a long time? Unreal. If everything goes off smoothly Showtime should receive like an eight year pass from whining from fans.
Of course Dirrell could totally dominate Froch. And if he fights a smart fight, at a measured pace, holds a bit strategically and doesn't waste energy he should beat him. I don't know, dude just worries me, he gets too wild at times, maybe he'll fight closer to the vest against a guy like Froch.
AA over Taylor; Taylor will use Abrahams slow starting to come out strong; gas out and get smoked in the 9th.
Froch over Dirrell because Ouma said so.
Kessler/Ward going to be the best fight; fast paced and technical. Going to the cards not sure who I'd take; Kessler hasn't exactly been evolving by fighting behemoth's in the division, when he fights at all; could be an "upset".
